Miratech builds a team to provide 2nd tier technical support services for Genesys clients

Miratech has expanded cooperation with one of its main customers Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories.

Since September 2003 Miratech, there is a new team, which delivers 2nd tier technical support services for Genesys clients all over the world. Nowadays, Miratech provides the following range of services such as software engineering, IT support, 2nd and 3rd tier product support. This year Alcatel conducted an IT security audit at Miratech that verified Miratech compliance to Alcatel requirements for service providers.
