Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Business Development Department /Marketing Kyiv, Ukraine

The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager resides on the Marketing team at Miratech and will serve a critical role in helping the company achieve its growth goals. This person will collaborate closely with the strategy leadership team and sales executives to develop the processes, strategies and content requirements needed to execute best-in-class ABM campaigns and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-wave/multi-channel closed-loop programs for each stage of the customer journey
  • Creates emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing programs and reports in the marketing automation tool
  • Perform A/B testing on email campaigns and programs
  • Manages programs, timelines, and provides regular updates to key stakeholders and team members
  • Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring process
  • Oversee database maintenance, managing data uploads and ensuring data cleanliness and integrity
  • Collaborate with content marketing team for appropriate content delivery based on customer journey
  • Collaborate with BizApps team on integration of Marketo with CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver qualified leads to sales team for conversion
  • Track ongoing metrics, including lead generation, campaign effectiveness, engagement levels, funnel advancement
  • Provide reports, insights and recommendations based on data

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ABM Campaign Manager or related role
  • Proven success (revenue generation) with multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including outbound
  • Experience with personalized Account Based Marketing strategies & execution
  • Expertise in leveraging CRM and marketing automation systems
  • A creative mind and advanced writing skills
  • A consistently positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment
