Senior Recruiter

Miratech is looking for a goal-oriented Senior Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization & overseeing of a full life-cycle recruiting process: from advertising to hiring and staff integration 
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Management of the team, determination of priorities and control of hiring deadlines, directing the recruiting campaigns
  • Act as an escalation point for the team, by removing any stumbling blocks from the recruitment process
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating team activities 
  • Creating Recruiting guidelines, job descriptions, checklists
  • Close collaboration with HR and other departments 
  • Preparation of the Ad-hoc statuses, reports and analytical researches
  • Continuous development of the best global practices for the recruiting team, implementation of new technologies
  • Close work with management team, providing updates on pool activity, hires, industry information, statistics, etc.

Skills and Qualifications Requested:

  • 5+ years recruitment experience with high volume
  • 3+ years as Senior recruiter for IT or professional services company with proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as a part of the team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • Practical experience in executive search, hiring high level professional staff 
  • High personal hiring performance of the middle and senior level management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, leadership position 
  • English: upper-intermediate (written and verbal competence is a must)
