Vice President

Global Sales East Coast, USA

Miratech Group is seeking a VP of Sales, an executive position reporting directly to the CEO. The VP of Sales will be tasked with developing the company’s sales team, creating a culture of accountability, improvement, energy and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business initiatives
  • Develop and continually optimize sales processes, methods, technologies and programs that quantifiably improve results
  • Manage a future team of Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations and external sales partners
  • Represent the sales function at the senior leadership and board level
  • Accurately forecast revenue

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage relationship-based B2B selling, to sell complex solutions, and to manage detailed sales cycles
  • A proficient understanding of technology enterprise solution sales
  • Proven ability to sell to C-level decision makers
  • Ability to partner with the marketing team to optimize customer buying journey
  • Travel as required

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Track record of leading successful sales teams with a high energy level, accountability and an eagerness to improve
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent; preference for a Technical or Business field of study
